Ikris Pharma Network is a business-to-business pharmaceutical export, sourcing and supply coordination company based in Noida, India. We work with licensed, GMP-accredited manufacturers and suppliers and serve institutional and trade buyers in regulated and semi-regulated markets.

2. Intended users

This website is intended for licensed pharmaceutical importers, distributors, hospitals, government and institutional buyers, clinical research organisations and other authorised business users. It is not intended for the general public and is not a retail pharmacy. We do not sell medicines to individual consumers.

3. No medical advice

4. Enquiries and quotations

• An enquiry, a quotation or a price indication is not an offer that binds either party.
• A supply arrangement exists only when both parties have confirmed the order in writing, for example by a signed proforma invoice or purchase order accepted by us.
• Product availability, specifications, pack sizes and prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

5. Regulatory compliance and import requirements

The buyer is responsible for holding all licences, permits, import authorisations and registrations that the destination country requires, and for confirming that the product may lawfully be imported and used there. We supply documentation we are able to provide, such as invoices, certificates of analysis and packing lists, subject to the regulations of the destination country. Named Patient and similar access programmes are supplied only on a valid request from an authorised physician, hospital or institution and in line with local regulations.

6. Pricing, payment and shipping

Prices, payment terms, Incoterms, delivery schedules and shipping arrangements are agreed in writing for each order. Delivery dates are estimates. Customs clearance, import duties, taxes and local charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless the order states otherwise.

7. Information on this website

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Please also read our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and trade names on this website belong to Ikris Pharma Network or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. Third-party brand and product names belong to their respective owners.
